Senior Manager – Credit Structures (UHNW)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic credit professional to support our Ultra High Net Worth portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional credit experiences to our most valued clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience following the Black Card Experience principles and nurture a One RBC enterprise relationship.
• Lead credit discovery, understand client fundamentals and develop innovative credit structures aligned with client objectives.
• Partner with Private Bankers to identify credit growth opportunities, manage the end‑to‑end credit process from assessment to funding.
• Structure competitive, tailored credit solutions for new money requests and manage credit renewals.
• Collaborate with Group Risk Management to ensure recommendations align with RBC’s risk appetite and policies.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Banking, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years of combined personal and commercial credit experience, including risk assessment and credit structuring.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
