Advisory Quality & Risk Management Senior

About the role

The Advisory Quality & Risk Management Senior will provide risk management and quality support to advisory and tax teams, ensuring contracts and controls are robust and aligned with firm standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review drafts of engagement contracts and related documents, supporting teams in final negotiations with clients.
• Educate and coach client‑facing teams on risk awareness, develop training materials and deliver sessions.
• Identify emerging risks, develop guidance materials, templates and support file review procedures.
• Collaborate with central support functions such as Legal and Ethics to improve policies and processes.

Required profile

• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) with advisory or tax experience, or legal/risk background advising on contracts under English law.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work resiliently in a diverse team and embrace digital solutions.

Required skills

• Project management experience.
• Experience drafting and reviewing contractual terms.
