Implementation Consultant – AI‑Powered ERP & HRM Solutions

About the role

Intellico AI Agency Limited is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support the successful implementation of its AI‑powered ERP, HRM and enterprise applications. You will work directly with customers to understand their business processes, configure solutions, support data migration and testing, guide users through implementation, and help customers transition to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery and understand business requirements and processes.
• Translate requirements into appropriate system configurations and workflows.
• Configure assigned Intellico modules and validate system setup.
• Support data preparation, migration and validation.
• Coordinate functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Guide customers through AI training, sandbox exercises and implementation activities.
• Monitor customer readiness and support transition into their provisioned Intellico environment.
• Manage implementation activities, milestones, issues and documentation.
• Support go‑live and post‑implementation hypercare.
• Identify product, training and implementation improvements and provide feedback to internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience or qualifications in Business, HR, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, Technology or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of finance, accounting, purchasing, inventory, budgeting or related ERP processes.
• Practical knowledge of HR operations such as payroll, leave, time‑and‑attendance, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance, learning, employee relations, compensation or talent management.
• Functional expertise in areas represented within the Intellico platform (procurement, inventory, CRM/sales, customer service, project management, L&D, health & safety, property/asset management, etc.).
• Previous ERP, HRMS, SaaS implementation, functional consulting, business analysis, UAT, data migration or system administration experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and customer‑facing skills.
