IT Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Engineer to support retail technology across the region. You will ensure point‑of‑sale (POS) infrastructure runs smoothly, handling both remote and on‑site issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain IT systems and POS infrastructure.
• Respond to service tickets and provide on‑site support.
• Monitor system uptime and network performance.
• Implement backup, security, and disaster‑recovery protocols.
• Train retail staff and document solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system support (retail experience a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
