Client Booking Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Client Booking Specialist to assist clients with researching available options and coordinating booking requests based on their needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
• Research available options and services, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Coordinate booking requests, confirmations, and review reservation information for accuracy
• Provide clients with relevant details, updates, and support for changes or special requests
• Maintain accurate client and booking documentation and follow up when additional information is required

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Customer‑focused attitude with good online research abilities
• Comfortable using email and web‑based systems and managing multiple client requests
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up skills; previous booking, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
