About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Client Booking Specialist to help clients research options and coordinate bookings that match their preferences. The role involves communicating with clients, researching online, and managing booking details with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Research available options for accommodations, transportation, activities and related services.
• Coordinate booking requests, confirmations and review reservation information for accuracy.
• Provide clients with relevant updates, handle changes and special requests, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable using email and web‑based systems, with good online research abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and follow up when additional information is needed.
