Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences and requirements.

• Coordinate booking requests, confirmations, and review reservation information for accuracy.
• Provide clients with relevant updates, handle changes and special requests, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow up for additional information, liaise with service providers, and offer ongoing support throughout the process.
