IT Technician I – Computer Repair & Field Support

About the role

Cyberknights Limited is looking for a reliable IT Technician I to join its Technical and Field Services team. The role combines hands‑on computer and device repair with CCTV, security‑system installations and on‑site networking support. You will work both at the Cyberknights retail store in Fyzabad and at customer locations, handling device intake, diagnostics and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and test desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, Android and iOS platforms.
• Install, service and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, access‑control systems and basic networking equipment at customer sites.
• Perform device intake, quality checks, documentation in Odoo and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining a clean, secure technical workspace.

Required profile

• Secondary‑level education with a technical certification or equivalent practical experience in IT, electronics or networking.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and customer‑service skills, with a reliable and punctual work ethic.

Required skills

• Desktop and laptop hardware repair.
• Windows, macOS, Android and iOS troubleshooting.
• Basic networking concepts and equipment installation.
• CCTV and access‑control system installation.
• Experience with Odoo for job tracking.
• CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred).
