QSR Operations Manager

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new quick‑service restaurant concept in Trinidad and need a hands‑on Operations Manager with QSR experience from Australia to lead the setup, opening and day‑to‑day running of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational preparations for opening and manage daily restaurant operations once trading begins.
• Establish kitchen workflows, food preparation procedures, cooking processes and service standards.
• Develop operating procedures, opening and closing checklists, and quality controls.
• Support staff recruitment, training, rostering and supervision.
• Set up stock management, ordering and wastage controls, and monitor food and labour costs.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety.

Required profile

• 2–4 years’ experience in QSR management or operations in Australia.
• Practical understanding of kitchen operations, team leadership and fast‑paced restaurant service.
• Experience training staff and implementing clear, consistent operating procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and problem‑solving ability in a new‑business environment.
• Willingness to work hands‑on alongside the team and relocate to Trinidad for at least six months.
