Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

About the role

Quick Service Holdings Limited is building a centralized Group procurement and supply‑chain function to drive cost savings, improve efficiency and strengthen resilience across its restaurant brands. The Group Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will lead the transition from third‑party local procurement to direct importation and deliver measurable financial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a centralized procurement function, consolidating SKU‑level volumes and negotiating improved pricing across brands.
• Lead the direct import strategy: build business cases, calculate landed costs, optimise order quantities, and coordinate international freight, customs and warehousing.
• Establish and oversee end‑to‑end logistics processes, including refrigerated/frozen cargo handling, cold‑chain integrity, and store distribution.
• Implement procurement policies, approval workflows and monthly savings reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, Operations or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, distribution or importation, preferably in food‑service or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Trinidad & Tobago customs and import procedures.
• Commercially minded with a focus on delivering measurable financial results.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial‑modelling capabilities.
• Landed‑cost calculation expertise.
• Experience with international sourcing and direct importation.
• Knowledge of refrigerated/frozen food supply‑chain logistics.
