About the role

Relaxinsoles is seeking a Growth Marketing & Creative Specialist to protect and expand its digital revenue engine while building new channels and assets for future growth. This revenue‑focused position blends performance marketing with hands‑on creative production to drive profitable, predictable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content strategies aligned with business priorities and promotional calendars.
• Lead creative ideation – hooks, messaging, concepts, and angles that improve ad performance.
• Edit and produce high‑performing advertising creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
• Create multiple creative variations to support continuous A/B testing.
• Repurpose existing content library into fresh ad variations, organic posts, and campaign assets.
• Capture opportunistic in‑house content – behind‑the‑scenes moments, team interactions, and day‑to‑day brand footage.
• Appear on camera for authentic organic content as part of the brand strategy.
• Brief and direct external shoot agencies for primary campaign content and repurpose footage for platform‑specific posts.

Required profile

• Revenue‑oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating authentic brand moments.
• Ability to manage creative production from concept to execution.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies.
