IT Support Specialist & Retail Pro Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist & Retail Pro Consultant to provide on‑site and remote technical assistance for our retail stores and corporate offices across Trinidad & Tobago. The role ensures continuous operation of desktop hardware, network infrastructure, and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver field support and remote troubleshooting for store locations and staff.
• Install, maintain, and repair desktop computers, laptops, POS terminals, barcode scanners, thermal receipt printers, and cash drawers.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including Wi‑Fi, routers, and switches.
• Support and maintain Retail Pro POS software (v8/v9/Prism) to keep sales, billing, and inventory data synchronized.
• Collaborate with regional IT managers and tier‑3 support teams to address complex incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on IT desktop or field support experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting retail POS technologies.
• 1–2 years of direct Retail Pro POS experience (or 3 + years with other enterprise POS/ERP systems).
• Current residence in Trinidad & Tobago with ability to travel to store sites.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
