Manufacturing Operations Manager

About the role

Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved while driving productivity, efficiency, and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs such as production output, quality, waste, downtime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams to strengthen performance and collaboration.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, and ensure efficient utilization of equipment, materials, and human resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in plastics, packaging, or PET industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance.
