Operations Processor – Commercial & Casualty

About the role

The Operations Processor will support the accurate and timely processing of commercial and casualty insurance policies, maintain operational records, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter policy and client data into WebSTAR following underwriting instructions via M‑Files processes.
• Prepare, print, and dispatch policy contracts, schedules, invoices, certificates, and other key documents.
• Review and reconcile printed documents with underwriting instructions before dispatch.
• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures of the Quality Assurance department.
• Provide high‑level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Team Leader, or Manager.

Required profile

• Five O‑Level subjects including Mathematics and English.
• Two A‑Level subjects.
• Minimum two years of data‑entry experience, preferably in the property and casualty insurance sector.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WebSTAR.
• Experience using M‑Files for document management.
