Project Execution Lead – Energy Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Execution Lead to support professional services activities within Trinidad & Tobago's energy and industrial sectors. The role provides leadership and coordination across multidisciplinary capital projects, working closely with engineering, construction, project controls, operations, contractors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution of multidisciplinary capital projects from development through handover.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of project activities in line with approved execution plans.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality and performance, and identify risks with mitigation measures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost‑performance reviews and contract administration.
• Facilitate coordination among engineering, construction, contractors, operations and project‑control teams.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project execution experience, including at least 7 years in oil & gas and 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• PMP or equivalent professional project‑management credential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computerised planning and project‑management tools.
• Experience in project risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
