About the role

RBC Caribbean Banking is seeking a strategic credit professional to serve its Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) client portfolio. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver exceptional credit experiences, deepen relationships, and support clients with sophisticated personal and commercial lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience following the Black Card Experience principles, deepening credit relationships.
• Lead credit discovery and structuring, understanding client fundamentals and designing innovative solutions.
• Partner with Private Bankers to identify growth opportunities, managing the end‑to‑end credit process from assessment to funding.
• Own structuring of competitive, tailored credit solutions for new money requests.
• Collaborate with Group Risk Management to align recommendations with RBC’s risk appetite and policies.
• Proactively manage credit renewals and ensure portfolio quality through adherence to policies and guidelines.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Banking, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5‑7 years of combined personal and commercial credit experience, including risk assessment and credit structuring.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a track record of designing innovative credit solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal partners.
• Superior client relationship management capabilities.
• Nice‑to‑have: knowledge of RBC Private Banking financing products and credit/risk procedures; Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
