Account Lead – Offshore Services Management

About the role

EnerMech is looking for an experienced Account Lead to oversee the delivery of contracted lifting solutions services for offshore clients. You will act as the primary liaison between EnerMech and the client, ensuring safety, quality and commercial performance while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of client contracts, including crew, equipment, maintenance and project execution.
• Maintain client relationships, support planning meetings, mobilisation, gate compliance and operational coordination.
• Lead contract KPIs, reporting, performance reviews and financial management (WIP, aged debt, invoicing).
• Provide first‑line technical support, coordinate breakdowns, and oversee offshore audits and surveys.
• Develop annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets and support long‑term crane planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing services in offshore, oil & gas or energy environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and contract performance management.
• Valid offshore survival and medical certifications.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder‑influence abilities.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and contract administration tools (CTRs, work packs).
• Knowledge of industry legislation, safety case requirements and major accident hazard management.
