About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking External Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor and external areas. The role includes sweeping walkways, removing waste, maintaining drains, and ensuring all external spaces remain tidy and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Sweep and clean external areas, walkways and entrances
- Remove garbage and properly dispose of waste
- Maintain drains, surroundings and designated outdoor spaces
- Assist with general outdoor cleaning and upkeep
- Ensure external areas remain clean, tidy and presentable
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns identified while performing duties
Required profile
- Dependable, punctual and responsible
- Physically capable of performing outdoor cleaning duties
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Good work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience would be an asset
