Senior Project Engineer – Lifting Solutions

About the role

EnerMech is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of lifting solutions projects from initial enquiry through final account. The role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from enquiry to closeout, managing scope, schedule, deliverables and budgets.
• Coordinate technical, supply chain, engineering and project control activities to meet client and company requirements.
• Provide regular project reporting and performance updates to clients and internal management.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks related to schedule, cost and resources.
• Support bids and tenders with technical and operational input.
• Maintain compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Proven experience delivering multi‑discipline projects in offshore, oil & gas or industrial services.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage project finances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
