About the role
The Spa Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Trinidad works closely with spa management to ensure guests receive efficient, high‑quality service throughout their spa experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, communicate spa information, and manage their experience from pre‑arrival to checkout.
- Maintain department logs, including suite maintenance, fitness centre inspections, and spa equipment upkeep.
- Handle payroll data, inventory reports, purchasing requests, and supplier coordination.
- Process gift certificates, track promotions, and update guest preferences.
- Promote safety and sanitation standards and respond to guest requests promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or spa environment.
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
