Warehouse Clerk – Inventory & Distribution Support

About the role

The Warehouse Clerk I will support Brightstar Lottery’s warehouse and distribution operations in Trincity. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, handling, tracking and distribution of inventory and promotional materials, helping Retail, Marketing and Field Services teams maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against documentation and update inventory records.
• Organise warehouse stock by product category, brand and storage requirements.
• Coordinate picking, packing, scanning and loading activities for field distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies and report shortages or damages.
• Conduct routine stock counts, vehicle inspections and equipment checks.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, tracking records and inventory control templates.
• Prepare promotional materials, event supplies and trade activation items for Retail and Marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of five CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations (receiving, binning, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Background operating forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse files.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Forklift operation and safe handling of material‑handling equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using warehouse tracking systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse safety practices.
