Director, Account Executive – Trinidad & Tobago

About the role

Visa is seeking a results‑driven, tech‑curious Director, Account Executive to lead value‑based solution selling across the Caribbean. You will own the full portfolio of Visa solutions, define account strategies, and build strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies, annual plans, and territory plans to increase market share.
• Lead cross‑functional sales motions, coordinating Specialist Sellers, Sales Engineers, and Client Success Managers.
• Manage client revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and new business development.
• Oversee pipeline management, lead negotiations, and close deals.
• Handle client incentives, renewals, and P&L to ensure sustainable growth.
• Maintain rigorous CRM data hygiene and ensure compliance with Visa policies.
• Provide operational and technical leadership within the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
• Experience influencing C‑suite executives and shaping client vision for electronic payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
