About the role
Grupo Sohin is hiring a Registered Nurse in Trinidad & Tobago to join its Patient Support Programs (PSP & DSP). The nurse provides care to patients and physicians, both in person and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients and physicians, in person and remotely
- Manage patient enrollment and facilitate diagnostic coupons
- Administer specialized medications at homes, clinics or hospitals
- Track treatment adherence and deliver training on medical products
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports and digital medical records
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a professional license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or healthcare assistance roles in patient care
- Desirable: knowledge of insurance processes or digital medical records
- Strong communication skills to engage with physicians and clinics
What we offer
- Base salary of about $865 USD per month
- Bonus of about $173 USD per month based on KPIs
- Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Jamaica Time)
