Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance function within a dynamic, multicultural environment serving airlines, airports, and related enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America. The role combines strategic financial planning with day‑to‑day operational oversight to ensure the company’s financial health and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls.
• Safeguard and manage company finances, working capital and fixed assets.
• Liaise with external auditors, prepare annual financial statements and coordinate year‑end audit processes.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing and compliance with payroll standards.
• Provide financial analysis, modelling and reporting to drive business decisions.
• Review operational invoices, vendor pricing, rebates and service levels.
• Maintain a safe, healthy work environment and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance or accounting leadership roles.
