Financial Solutions Associate – Client Advice Center

About the role

This position leverages client‑focused expertise and problem‑solving skills to support everyday banking needs via telephone. As an RBC ambassador you add value in critical moments, helping clients achieve their financial goals while collaborating with internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients using RBC resources and materials to provide advice during telephone conversations.
• Deliver an efficient and effective client experience following the Client Experience Map and conversation guide.
• Use active listening and probing questions to identify the root cause of client inquiries.
• Apply appropriate processes and procedures to accurately respond to and resolve client issues.
• Take ownership of client problems as the first point of contact or escalate to the appropriate service partner when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer service environment, including call handling and problem resolution.
• Strong oral communication and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a client‑centric mindset.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Nice‑to‑have: certificate or diploma and bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
