Full Stack Engineer – EMEA

About the role

Deel is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its rapidly growing EMEA team. You will help build and enhance the all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform that powers global teams across more than 150 countries. This role offers the chance to work on high‑impact features that shape the future of work for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, design, and QA teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, from discovery and planning to deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to API design and database schema evolution.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security issues.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for building scalable web solutions.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
