Business Development Manager – Onshore

About the role

EnerMech is seeking a Business Development Manager – Onshore to drive growth in the Caricom Region. The role focuses on securing new onshore and offshore projects for pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and installation services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business for pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and piping, mechanical, and structural installation services.
• Lead bid processes, collaborating with estimating, operations, legal, finance and other functions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships and manage key client accounts across the Caricom Region.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and contracts, and manage the Business Development forecasting system.
• Participate in Large Account Management Process (LAMP) training and meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas, or construction industries.
• Proven expertise in onshore and offshore pre‑commissioning, commissioning and installation services.
• Strong customer‑relation skills and experience in business development, sales, proposals or marketing.
• Eligibility to work in Trinidad and Tobago.
