Customer Service Representative – Life & Health Insurance

About the role

Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited is looking for a customer‑focused representative to deliver high‑quality support for life and health insurance clients, agents, and brokers. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and log client, broker and agent calls, visits, or written queries, providing accurate solutions.
• Process policy requests such as cheque issuance, beneficiary changes, and address updates promptly.
• Receive, record, and process premium and miscellaneous payments, as well as invoices from doctors and laboratories.
• Maintain comprehensive customer interaction logs and submit them to the Team Leader on schedule.
• Monitor and close CRM cases within agreed turnaround times.
• Participate in issue‑resolution huddles and resolve portal‑submitted issues within set deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Organised and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
