About the role

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and resourceful Digital Marketing and Operations Assistant to provide marketing, administrative, customer follow‑up, and operational support for a growing California‑based HVAC company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Create graphics and social media content using Canva.
• Maintain and update CRM software, track leads and follow up with prospects.
• Provide customer service and follow‑up communications.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support operational workflows.
• Collaborate using Google Workspace tools.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and efficiency.

Required profile

• Dependable, organized, and resourceful.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable computer, high‑speed internet, quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
