Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to own and expand our online presence, lead generation, and local reputation. You will be responsible for driving ROI across paid, organic, and offline channels while packaging offers that resonate with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting high‑intent repair and replacement searches.
• Optimize Google Business Profile to achieve top local‑pack rankings in target zip codes.
• Oversee SEO strategy, site architecture, content updates, and backlink acquisition.
• Create, schedule, and promote organic and paid content on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube; produce and edit short promotional videos.
• Package complex services into customer‑friendly offers and align them with the appropriate marketing channel.
• Drive local reputation by increasing 5‑star reviews and responding professionally across platforms.
• Track performance metrics, campaign ROI, and conversion rates using ServiceTitan and other digital tools.
• Identify and recommend offline campaigns (e.g., direct‑mail flyers) when data supports them.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience managing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Proven track record with measurable results (PPC, conversion growth, content creation).
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating past successes.

Required skills

• Google Ads (PPC) management
• Google Business Profile / Local SEO
• WordPress CMS for content updates and optimization
• Basic to intermediate video editing and creative design for social media
• ServiceTitan or similar CRM/marketing platforms
