Experienced B2B Collections Professional

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Collections Professional to manage a dedicated portfolio of business accounts. The successful candidate will independently assess credit risk, drive timely payments, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end collections for a B2B portfolio, from initial contact to resolution.
• Analyze aging reports, payment histories, credit limits, and purchase orders to make informed credit decisions.
• Apply credit holds, release orders, and manage parent/child account structures.
• Communicate professionally via email to negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Leverage data analysis to identify trends and improve collection strategies.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of dedicated B2B collections experience.
• Proven ability to make or recommend independent credit decisions.
• Strong written communication skills, especially email correspondence.
• Experience managing complex account hierarchies is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM/financial systems such as D365, Salesforce, or Oracle (training provided).
