Group Internal Audit Manager

About the role

The Group Internal Audit Manager leads risk‑based audit engagements across the organization, providing assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls. The role partners with business functions to deliver insightful recommendations that strengthen controls, improve performance and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Review and align audit programs with key risks and audit objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end audit execution, ensuring compliance with methodology and professional standards.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports with actionable findings and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve audit‑related issues and monitor remediation progress.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives, leveraging data analytics and automation.
• Lead investigations, ensuring evidence is complete, reliable and well‑documented.
• Coach and develop audit team members, fostering accountability and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal audit, risk assurance or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to identify patterns and systemic issues.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
