Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

The Maritime Financial Group is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales Representative to join its team in Chaguanas. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work remotely part of the time while maintaining a strong on‑site presence with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire new insurance clients.
• Analyse clients’ insurance needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors and other team members to deliver comprehensive financial services.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• 5 CXC passes or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Own a laptop and a vehicle for client visits.
