Jr. Integrated Facilities Manager

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Junior Integrated Facilities Manager for its Trinidad and Tobago office to oversee office space operations and ensure service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of office spaces, implementing and enforcing service processes and rules.
• Develop and maintain service standards for front desk, restaurants, cleaning, delivery, security, and contract management.
• Organize regular property manager meetings and produce monthly operational reports identifying issues and tracking improvements.
• Communicate with employees to manage expectations and design service experiences that enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• Familiarity with operational principles of office facilities and equipment, supplier management, and drawing review.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field.
• Availability to work onsite from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
