Program Manager – Completions, Commissioning & Start‑Up (CCS) – Trinidad & Guyana

About the role

Kent is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead its Completions, Commissioning & Start‑Up (CCS) business across Trinidad and Guyana. Reporting to the Vice President – CCS – Americas, you will be based in the Trinidad & Tobago office and drive operational excellence for all CCS projects.

Key responsibilities

• Champion Kent’s safety culture and create a psychologically safe, inclusive environment.
• Lead, coach and develop the Trinidad & Guyana operations team, providing clear direction and succession planning.
• Implement the Americas CCS strategy locally and support regional growth through operational readiness.
• Partner with Business Development on pursuits, proposals and client engagement while maintaining executive relationships.
• Own operational performance for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction.
• Manage resource planning, KPIs and operational reporting, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the Kent Management System, procurement discipline, finance, HR, legal and supply‑chain processes.
• Support project delivery from mobilisation to close‑out, identifying risks early and championing digital and AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in energy, EPC, commissioning or operations.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical leadership and collaborative style.
