Recruitment and Operations Specialist

About the role

El Dorado Offshore is looking for a Recruitment and Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and the day-to-day operational coordination of offshore crew. The role covers the full recruitment process for offshore and onshore positions and the practical arrangements around crew movements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers and onboarding for offshore and onshore positions.
• Coordinate crew changes, rotations, mobilisation and demobilisation, ground transport and accommodation.
• Liaise with vessels, rigs and clients on personnel movements and scheduling.
• Track and schedule mandatory training and medical certifications so compliance deadlines are met.
• Maintain complete and current employee files and personnel records.
• Support payroll, timesheet verification, invoicing and procurement as required.

Required profile

• Minimum three years' experience in recruitment, human resources or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the energy, marine or offshore services sector is an asset.
• Experience working across multiple locations or in a high-volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an HRIS or recruitment system is an asset.
• Strong coordination, documentation and communication skills.
