Senior Manager, Business Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Operations partners directly with the Country Manager/VP & General Manager to drive performance across Liberty Caribbean’s B2C and B2B segments. Using data‑driven insights, you will shape strategic decisions, oversee operational reporting and enable the execution of key growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business intelligence reports, dashboards and executive insights that inform strategic planning.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse operational and commercial data to define KPIs and improve management reporting frameworks.
• Support the creation of strategic business cases, frameworks and recommendations for growth and transformation projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and central Business Operations to ensure timely delivery of insights for leadership meetings and governance forums.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to champion strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business operations, strategy or performance management, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of translating market and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
