Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead the delivery of integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management services for oil and gas projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, issued on time and meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, CSU, ORA and third‑party services.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules, progress measurement, cost estimates and forecasts for all work‑breakdown‑structure scopes.
• Facilitate meetings, record minutes, actions and ensure compliance with global execution standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, resolve cross‑discipline technical issues and motivate a high‑performing, safety‑focused team.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of engineering/construction experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; PMP certification and Master’s degree are assets.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management practices and ability to supervise others.
• Self‑motivated, able to work unsupervised and meet tight deadlines.
