Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will troubleshoot and diagnose customer incidents, delivering end‑to‑end solutions. The role covers design, integration, testing, implementation, development and ongoing maintenance of customer systems.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse technical data, reports and documentation to provide recommendations.
• Resolve technical incidents within managed environments while meeting KPI targets.
• Lead and monitor assigned projects, providing periodic status reports.
• Review support tickets, update customers and document resolutions.
• Write technical articles, contribute to knowledge assets and share expertise with the team.
• Assist in impact and change assessments and implement approved changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a progressive IT services environment.
• Relevant certifications in any of the listed technology areas are a plus.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and collaboration skills.
