Web/Digital Designer

About the role

Journey Business Solutions, Inc., a Trinidad-based company with a Texas operation, is looking for a Web/Digital Designer with 1-2 years of experience to own its digital web presence. Working in a hybrid/remote capacity, you will lead the redesign of the GRETA website, manage page updates for feature launches and give backup graphic design support for campaigns. The role also supports the move toward a revenue-generating agency model by building the web infrastructure for the upcoming Marketing as a Service (MaaS) branch.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and manage the GRETA website and future MaaS web projects, ensuring intuitive user experiences and flawless mobile optimization.
• Build modular, foundational web templates to scale web services for future MaaS clients.
• Turn Figma UI designs into responsive, native web pages using page builders such as Elementor or Divi.
• Create landing pages for product feature launches and custom graphics in Adobe and Figma to support the Digital Content Creator.
• Ensure all web builds use native, editable builder structures for long-term scalability.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in web design, UI/UX or digital design.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality, with the ability to work with management and cross-departmental stakeholders in a hybrid/remote setting.
• Strategic mindset about how scalable web architecture supports business growth and agency-style service delivery.

Required skills

• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• WordPress with visual page builders such as Elementor or Divi.
