Youth Networker – Regional Americas & Caribbean

About the role

The Youth Networker will represent youth perspectives within the IPPF Youth Network, supporting the development of inclusive youth participation across the Americas and Caribbean region. This three‑year fixed‑term position is designed for candidates 25 years or younger at the time of hire.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate youth‑centered action and build regional and global platforms for youth activism and accountability.
• Collaborate with other Youth Networkers and regional youth networks to strengthen a global IPPF youth community.
• Champion youth‑focused initiatives within the Secretariat and amplify youth voices in program design, advocacy, workshops and communications.
• Support Member Associations in establishing and nurturing youth networks, promoting youth‑led programming.
• Advise on direct youth involvement and youth‑led accountability for regional and member‑association activities.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of Regional and Global Youth Forums.

Required profile

• Age 25 or younger at the date of hire.
• Demonstrated commitment to youth participation and inclusion of marginalized groups.
• Experience working with youth networks, NGOs or similar collaborative environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
