Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will support financial and administrative operations by delivering high‑quality service to an assigned portfolio of clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring enquiries are addressed promptly and customers remain satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, aiming to meet satisfaction, sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong, cordial relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Document all interactions, decisions, requests and follow‑up actions accurately.
• Prepare client correspondence and perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide daily activity reports and ensure service delivery aligns with established KPIs.

Required profile

• Associate degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, written and oral communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.
