Call Center Agent

About the role

Swissport is looking for a professional Call Center Agent to join its global aviation services team. You will be the first point of contact for employees and partners, handling phone inquiries, updating records, and ensuring smooth shift handovers in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls politely and collect required information.
• Update the TimeClock Plus attendance system and the SharePoint Call Log promptly.
• Notify department heads of absent employees via group chat or email.
• Review previous‑shift handover reports and complete outstanding tasks.
• Generate and distribute daily overtime reports by the required deadline.
• Enter overtime notes, rosters, and schedule changes (training, leave, shift swaps) into the attendance system.
• Prepare daily shift and handover reports as defined by management.
• Follow QHSE manuals and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISAGO standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns in an airport setting.
