Customer Service Representative – Life & Health Insurance

About the role

Guardian Life of the Caribbean Limited is looking for a customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to clients, agents, and brokers. You will handle inquiries, process policy‑related requests, and ensure smooth payment operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record, and respond to calls, visits, and written queries from clients, agents, and brokers.
• Process requests for life and health insurance policies, such as cheque issuance, beneficiary changes, and address updates.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and provide necessary documentation for policy changes.
• Maintain accurate Customer Interaction Logs and submit them to the Team Leader on time.
• Receive and process premium and miscellaneous payments, as well as invoices from doctors and laboratories.
• Maintain organized records for future reference.
• Monitor and close CRM cases within agreed turnaround times.
• Participate in issue‑resolution huddles and resolve portal‑submitted issues within stipulated TATs.
• Follow up on CX customer pulse survey responses to ensure satisfaction.
