Client Success Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a professional and people‑focused Client Success Specialist to create positive experiences for clients from their first interaction through ongoing relationship development. The role involves communicating with prospective and existing clients, answering questions, following up, and ensuring timely, professional support. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients
• Respond to client questions and inquiries
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate information
• Follow up with clients and prospects in a timely manner
• Help coordinate consultations, appointments, and next steps
• Maintain accurate client records
• Build strong and professional client relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
• Escalate questions or concerns when appropriate
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and solutions‑oriented approach
• Excellent follow‑up skills

• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working remotely
• Able to communicate effectively through phone, email, and online platforms
• Previous customer service, client success, sales, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
