About the role

Join Elite Escapes and turn your passion for travel into a career. As a Work from Home Travel Specialist you will design custom itineraries and guide clients from the initial idea to a confirmed reservation, handling everything from solo trips to group getaways.

Key responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, accommodations, tours, cruises and packages tailored to each client’s budget and preferences.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve client questions and concerns promptly, managing payments, date changes, upgrades and add‑ons.
• Provide insider knowledge such as hidden gems, photo spots and timely deals.
• Support clients throughout the journey – from pre‑trip planning and payment coordination to on‑trip assistance and post‑trip follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong communication and people skills, comfortable leading conversations and handling objections.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes, itineraries and bookings without missing details.
• Fast learner with new tools such as CRMs, booking engines and analytics dashboards.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality or travel is a plus, but not required.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore confidently.
