About the role
The Maintenance Associate performs scheduled maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Program and ensures equipment is delivered on time to meet operational demand. Working within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base, the role supports initiatives that improve cost efficiency, asset availability, and overall productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Execute higher‑level maintenance tasks under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
- Capture and record maintenance data accurately in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
- Follow Schlumberger and division TLM standards and maintain competency in the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at enhancing maintenance efficiency and asset reliability.
- Support initiatives that reduce Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD) and increase people productivity.
Required profile
- Craft certification or comparable experience in a mechanical, technical, or related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to follow established procedures.
