Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee performance and budgeting for multiple client groups, ensuring objectives are met and service quality is high.

Key responsibilities

• Set objectives, analyze metrics, and ensure company and staff meet goals.
• Manage client SLAs, contractual requirements, and internal reporting.
• Oversee staffing levels, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and processes.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, revenue, and expense reports.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) for North America; specific education requirements vary by location.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a managing or coaching role.
• Ability to obtain necessary collection/trace licenses where required.
