Human Resource Coordinator

About the role

A.S. Bryden is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to provide generalist HR support across its subsidiaries, keeping HR operations efficient and confidential in all matters relating to employees and management. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and leave records in the HRIS, resolving discrepancies
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly payroll inputs for leave, benefits and employment changes
• Guide employees and dependents on Group Health and Pension Plan, National Insurance and tax allowance benefits; process plan enrolments, changes and terminations
• Follow up on medical, life and pension claim queries with the broker/insurer
• Support recruitment and offboarding, including interviews, job postings, application screening, reference checks, orientation and recruitment records
• Support training and development, and prepare HR reports and statistics
• Support group and HR initiatives such as employee engagement, wellness and CSR, and help prepare internal communications
• Coordinate the Employee Assistance Programme and prepare employee correspondence, memos and HR files
• Keep HR supplies and the first aid kit stocked

Required profile

• Associate's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Prior experience using an HRIS
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and in a team in a confidential environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
• Ability to handle a high volume of work with multiple deadlines and details
