Porter – Duty-Free Store

About the role

This role will be responsible for receiving and distributing stock and assisting with sales and other general duties at the Naughty Grape Duty Free Store.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and shelve products.
• Provide information to customers on the full range of product offerings and assist with product selections and purchase decisions.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and advise on reorder quantities.
• Provide courier services for Duty Free purchases to the bay area for customers.
• Assist with maintaining adequate stock levels on shelves.
• Monitor products nearing expiration and alert the Supervisor.
• Assist with sales as needed.
• Help set up signs and displays to attract customers and promote sales.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum three CXC passes, including English and Mathematics.
• Prior experience in a sales environment is an asset.
• Well‑groomed with a pleasant disposition.
• Flexible, honest and reliable.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
